GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist - Build & Manage Marketing Automations (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a fast-growing chiropractic practice in Florida (USA) looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to own the back-end build-out of our marketing and patient automations.

This is a BUILDER role - not data entry or generic admin. We provide the strategy, talking points, and on-camera content. You build the workflows, funnels, and sequences in GoHighLevel and keep them running. We have a full library of training videos and SOPs for you to work from. Strong English comprehension and the ability to take a brief and run with it independently are essential - we do not want to micromanage.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD (first 90 days):
- Post-purchase sequence: internal referral asks, Google review automation, wellness conversion pre-framing
- Pre-sales "hammer" sequence: pre-frame new patients before their visit (handles pricing/insurance/commitment objections via video)
- Confirmation page + reminder flow: required-watch video funnel on appointment confirmation
- Maintain our CRM sync (ClinicSync Pro to GoHighLevel) and keep pipelines clean

REQUIRED SKILLS (non-negotiable):
- Proven GoHighLevel expertise: workflows, funnels, pipelines, triggers, SMS/email campaigns, calendars, snapshots
- Portfolio or screen-recording of automations YOU have personally built
- Strong written and spoken English with high comprehension (you will watch training videos and implement)
- Self-directed: can take a loose brief and execute without hand-holding
- Detail-oriented with pipelines, tags, and data
- Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time hours

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in healthcare / medical / chiropractic marketing
- Familiarity with CRM migrations or integrations
- Basic video editing or landing-page design

COMPENSATION:
- USD 900-1,200/month, full-time, depending on experience
- Paid via Wise
- Long-term role with room to grow
