GoHighLevel (GHL) SaaS Expert

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) SaaS Expert to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting HighLevel systems for multiple client accounts across various industries, including home services and local businesses.

???? Time is flexible, but candidates must be available for overlap during US business hours.

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage HighLevel sub-accounts and SaaS environments
• Create and maintain workflows, automations, funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and pipelines
• Configure CRM systems, opportunities, custom fields, and reporting
• Set up and troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms
• Manage snapshots, templates, and account deployments
• Configure email, SMS, call tracking, and appointment booking systems
• Assist with attribution, tracking, and lead management processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support
• Document systems, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members on strategy, implementation, and optimization

Requirements:
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel administration and implementation
• Strong understanding of workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, and CRM management
• Experience setting up integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions

Preferred Experience:
• SaaS mode and white-label agency environments
• API integrations, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related automation tools
• Lead attribution, tracking, and reporting systems
• Payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and client onboarding
• Home services, roofing, construction, HVAC, solar, landscaping, or similar industries
• Funnel, website, and conversion optimization
