## Role Mission
As our **GoHighLevel Automation Specialist + AI Assistant**, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing marketing systems, automations, landing pages, and campaigns inside GoHighLevel.
You will help our team improve efficiency, testing, and campaign performance while also utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and increase output.

This role is ideal for someone who:

### Core Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and optimize campaigns inside GoHighLevel
* Configure workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, and integrations
* Create and edit landing pages and funnels
* Perform split testing and optimization to improve campaign performance
* Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity and outcomes
* Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers through Zoo ---------- etings and async communication
* Learn quickly from training videos and implement improvements fast
* Help improve systems and suggest creative automation ideas

### Must-Have Qualifications
* Experience using **GoHighLevel (GHL)**
* Experience setting up automations and workflows
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to work full-time remotely
* Comfortable using AI tools regularly
* Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup
* Ability to quickly learn from videos and SOPs

### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with landing page design
* Experience with split testing and campaign optimization
* Familiarity with AI agents and AI workflows
* Marketing automation experience
* Experience working with remote teams

### Compensation
* **$5.00–$8.00 USD per hour to start**
