GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & Voice Agent Workflow Specialist (Project-Based)

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist with proven experience working with Voice AI agents and automation workflows.

Important:
The Voice Agent is already fully set up.
This project is focused strictly on building and configuring the automation workflows and integrations behind it.

This is a project-based role (fixed pay per project) with potential for additional work if successful.

Scope of Work (Workflows Required):

We need a specialist to build and configure the following workflows inside GoHighLevel:

1. Appointment Booking Workflow
Configure Voice Agent to book tours/appointments
Integrate with a shared calendar (Google Calendar or GHL calendar)
Ensure availability is checked before booking
Confirm bookings are properly recorded in the system
2. Call Data Capture Workflow
Capture and store key caller information:
Name
Phone number
Call reason
Ensure data is properly saved and organized in GHL contacts
3. Notification & Alert Workflow (SMS + Email)
When an appointment is booked:
Send SMS notifications to designated tea ---------- mbers
Send email alerts to designated tea ---------- mbers
Alerts must be:
Immediate
Reliable
Clearly formatted
4. Urgency-Based Conditional Workflow
Set up workflows that trigger different actions based on call urgency:
Example: urgent calls vs general inquiries vs booking requests
Route alerts accordingly (different tea ---------- mbers if needed)
Ensure high-priority calls trigger faster or additional notifications
5. Telegram Summary Workflow
After each call, automatically send a formatted summary to a Telegram group
Summary should include:
Caller name
Phone number
Call reason
Call outcome (booked / follow-up needed / general inquiry)
Must integrate using Telegram bot/API or webhook
Requirements:
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automation and workflows
Experience working with Voice AI agents within GHL
Experience setting up:
SMS & Email notification systems
Conditional logic workflows
Webhooks and third-party integrations

Familiarity with:

Telegram ----------
Google Calendar or ---------- calendar
Ability to troubleshoot and ensure workflows trigger correctly
Strong attention to detail and clean workflow structuring
