GoHighLevel Expert & Client Success Coordinator (Part-Time Remote VA)

About PathlyCRM

PathlyCRM is a white-label CRM and marketing automation platform built specifically for service-based organizations.

We're growing and looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel expert who can become a key member of our team.

This is not a basic virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone who understands GoHighLevel at an advanced level and enjoys building systems, creating training materials, implementing automations, and helping clients succeed.

Initially, your primary responsibility will be creating professional training videos and documentation for our clients. Over time, you will become increasingly involved in client onboarding, account implementation, AI automation, workflow development, and training.

Primary Responsibilities

Phase 1: First 90 Days

• Create and publish white-labeled PathlyCRM training videos
• Record professional screen-share tutorials using Loom or similar software
• Build a structured PathlyCRM knowledge base and YouTube training library
• Create SOPs and onboarding documentation
• Research and document new GoHighLevel features
• Meet weekly with the founder to discuss platform capabilities and best practices
• Help develop training programs for future clients

Phase 2: Ongoing Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new PathlyCRM client accounts
• Build pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, websites, and landing pages
• Create and manage snapshots
• Build advanced workflows and automations
• Configure AI Agents and Conversation AI
• Train AI bots to handle client interactions effectively
• Implement lead nurturing and follow-up systems
• Assist with technical support and troubleshooting
• Conduct occasional client onboarding and training sessions
• Improve onboarding efficiency and client activation rates
• Recommend new features and improvements that help clients achieve better results

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Strong understanding of GoHighLevel SaaS Mode
• Experience building advanced workflows and automations
• Experience with AI Agents, Conversation AI, Chat Widgets, and automation tools
• Experience creating tutorial videos and training materials
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a marketing agency or SaaS company
• Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
• Experience with Voice AI platforms
• Experience managing multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts
• Experience creating onboarding systems and SOPs
• Experience training tea ---------- mbers or clients
• Familiarity with CRM implementation and customer success best practices

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

• Create 50+ PathlyCRM training videos
• Launch a structured YouTube training library
• Build a scalable onboarding process for new clients
• Develop SOPs for account setup and implementation
• Train the founder on advanced GoHighLevel features and capabilities
• Improve client onboarding efficiency and activation rates
• Establish best practices for AI implementation and workflow automation

Task #3

Share one idea for reducing client support requests through better onboarding, training, automation, or AI.

Applications that do not include the Loom video will not be considered.
