About My Digital Group
We're a fast-moving digital agency that builds the websites, CRMs, and automation systems that local and expert-based businesses run on. We're small, AI-forward, and we move quickly. We're looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to own our CRM and automation builds so the business can grow without the founder being the bottleneck.
What you'll do
- Build and configure GoHighLevel: custom fields, pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, and multi-step automations/workflows.
- Take our briefs (written or screen recordings) and implement them accurately - without needing every detail spelled out.
- Be a reliable point of contact for client requests: make changes, answer "can the system do X?", keep accounts running smoothly.
- QA your own work, protect client data (never run destructive changes without a backup), and document each build as a short SOP or Loom.
- Use AI tools daily to work faster - we're an AI-forward team and we expect you to be too.
You're a great fit if you
- Have real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not just "I've seen it") and can show us a build you're proud of.
- Are self-directed - you take a brief and run with it.
- Communicate clearly in English and keep people updated.
- Are genuinely excited about AI and use it to build smarter, not threatened by it.
- Take pride in clean, reliable, well-documented work.
Logistics
- Full-time, fully remote.
- Daily overlap with Australian business hours (AEST).
- Tools: GoHighLevel (core), Microsoft Office, a task manager, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Webhooks/N8N experience is a plus.
How to apply (read carefully)
To show us you read this far, start your application with the word "WORKFLOW" in the first line. Applications that don't will be skipped.
Then answer these three questions:
1. What's the most complex GoHighLevel automation you've built, and what did it do?
2. Share a link or screenshots of a GHL build you're proud of.
3. What's one AI tool you use in your work, and how?
