About the Role
We're looking for someone detail-oriented and experienced to help our clients get up and running with our systems. You’ll be setting up A2P messaging, building automations, designing GoHighLevel websites, and supporting clients throughout onboarding and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
-Onboard new clients and set them up for success
-Handle A2P 10DLC registration and compliance
-Build and improve automations and workflows in HighLevel
-Design/edit websites, funnels, and landing pages
-Support clients via email, chat, and Google Meet
-Keep internal records updated and organized
-Work with our team to improve tools and processes
-Stay current on A2P and HighLevel updates

What You Need:
-Experience with A2P messaging + 10DLC registration
-Skilled in CRMs like HighLevel (workflows, automations, pipelines)
-Confident building websites and funnels in HighLevel
-Strong communication and organization skills
-Customer-focused and solution-oriented
-Bonus: Background in support, SaaS, or marketing
-Bonus: Know APIs, webhooks, or enjoy building SOPs
