Virtual Assistant – CRM, Social Media & Lead Generation (GoHighLevel)

About Me

I'm a U.S.-based real estate investor, entrepreneur, and U.S. diplomat building a multifamily real estate investment company focused on helping busy professionals build wealth through passive investing.

I'm building systems—not just hiring someone to complete tasks. I'm looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who enjoys organization, marketing, relationship building, and helping convert online attention into qualified investor conversations.

This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into an Operations Manager or Marketing Manager role.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing the daily marketing and lead generation activities that keep my business moving.

Your primary objective is simple:

Help turn content into conversations, conversations into booked calls, and booked calls into long-term investor relationships.

Responsibilities
CRM & GoHighLevel
Manage GoHighLevel CRM daily
Build and maintain sales pipelines
Tag and organize contacts
Create and update automations
Import and clean lead lists
Monitor campaign performance
Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up
Keep CRM accurate and organized
Lead Generation
Respond to inbound Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn messages
Follow up with warm leads
Send personalized outreach messages
Book investor discovery calls
Track follow-up schedules
Maintain detailed notes inside the CRM
Social Media Management
Schedule content across platforms
Upload reels, shorts and videos
Write captions using provided frameworks
Monitor comments and messages
Repurpose long-form content into shorter posts
Organize content calendar

Building podcast prospect lists
