Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel AI Integration Specialist to maximize the power of our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and automating our CRM, marketing, sales, and operational workflows — with a strong focus on integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities to improve lead management, customer experience, tour scheduling, and overall business efficiency at Gardens Care Senior Living.
The ideal candidate is a GoHighLevel power user who stays current with the platform’s native AI tools and can seamlessly integrate external AI solutions (voice AI, chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.).
Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale our entire GoHighLevel platform (workflows, funnels, CRM, calendars, SMS/email campaigns, forms, and reporting).
Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, tour scheduling, follow-ups, and family communications.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence into GoHighLevel, including:
AI chatbots and conversational AI for website and SMS inquiries.
AI voice receptionists and call automation.
AI-driven lead scoring, predictive analytics, and smart routing.
Custom AI prompts and automations using GHL’s native AI features and third-party tools (Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Retell AI, Vapi, etc.).

Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics (lead conversion, tour bookings, occupancy, ROI of campaigns).
Create high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and automated nurturing sequences tailored to senior living prospects.
Ensure clean data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (HIPAA, TCPA, etc.).
Train internal tea ---------- mbers on using GoHighLevel effectively and working alongside AI tools.
Continuously test, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with new GoHighLevel features, AI advancements, and best practices in the platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (strong preference for agency or senior living/healthcare experience).
Proven expertise in building complex workflows, automations, and funnels inside GoHighLevel.
Strong knowledge of AI integration — experience connecting AI tools (LLMs, voice AI, chatbots) with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
Experience with API integrations, Zapier/Make, webhooks, and custom code (JavaScript/Python is a plus).
Understanding of senior living sales cycles and family decision-making processes is highly preferred.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

GoHighLevel certification or agency partner status.
Experience with conversational AI platforms (Retell AI, Bland AI, Voiceflow, etc.).
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant tools and processes.
Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare marketing.
