JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, passionate, and experienced Virtual GoHighLevel Support Agent to support a highly successful white-label agency based in the USA.

This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who can work efficiently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment. As a key partner to the director of the organization, the SA will be responsible for handling client calls, training new users, setting up new GHL Sub-Accounts, creating automations creating landing pages and courses, as well as supporting various administrative and operational tasks. This position requires consistent availability during USA day shifts (Monday - Friday 09:00am EST - 06:00pm EST).

Must be comfortable with the following:

Client Communication & Call Management:
Answer and make calls from customers regarding their GHL sub-accounts

Automation:
Creating automation using best-practice. Utilizing Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, APIs, Google Suite, and GoHighLevel

Task Flexibility:
Be responsive to ad-hoc requests and assignments based on the client’s needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Manage urgent tasks that may arise outside of regular working hours as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a GHL support role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a virtual environment is preferred.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable interacting with high-level clients and colleagues, ensuring professionalism at all times.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), Upgrade to see actual info, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and GoHighLevel

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise in day-to-day operations and resolve them proactively with minimal supervision.
Professionalism & Presentation:

Must maintain a professional, presentable appearance and demeanor at all times, especially when interacting with clients and partners.

Additional Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls and completing tasks.
A positive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to support the client's needs as they evolve.
