GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our entire GoHighLevel system. This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our CRM, automations, funnels, campaigns, client pipelines, and overall backend operations. We need someone who is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and able to keep everything inside GoHighLevel running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the full GoHighLevel CRM system
• Build, organize, and update pipelines, opportunities, contacts, and client records
• Create and manage automations, workflows, triggers, and follow-up sequences
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and websites
• Set up and manage
• Handle lead capture systems and ensure all leads flow properly into the CRM
• Monitor and maintain calendar integrations, appointment booking systems, and reminders
• Create, manage, and optimize
• Support with ad campaign setup, tracking, and lead routing
• Keep all systems organized so client communication, follow-up, and conversions run efficiently
• Manage sub-accounts, user permissions, and backend settings as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues inside GoHighLevel and resolve them quickly
• Maintain client accounts and ensure each client’s setup is functioning properly
• Track system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and conversions
• Upload and organize media, snapshots, templates, and campaign assets
• Ensure branding, funnels, and automations are aligned with business goals
