We run cold outbound campaigns for B2B clients across the US, UK, and EU. Our clients are tech companies: AI startups, SaaS, and IT services firms. We are a lean, tech-forward agency hiring internationally.
The founder currently runs all campaign operations himself. We need someone who can take that off his plate entirely: he hands you a client, and you make sure the campaigns run to a high standard without him chasing.
The Role
As our GTM Engineer, you will own the operational backbone of client campaigns end to end. This is a hands-on role, not a management position. The deal is simple: the founder assigns you a client, and you run with it. You figure out the lists, the setup, the monitoring, and the reporting. You flag problems before they become fires. When a campaign needs to go out and it is going to be a late night, you do the late night.
You will not be micromanaged. You will be trusted to deliver. In return, we expect high standards, attention to detail, and the drive to get things done without being asked twice.
What you will own
List building and sourcing
- Build and refine lead lists in Apollo, Clay, AI-Ark, and similar databases
- Scrape niche sources: county and licensing sites, association directories, regulatory filings, and other non-standard lead pools
Campaign execution
- Set up and manage campaigns in Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, and other sequencers
- Configure LinkedIn outreach workflows alongside
- Monitor inbox warm-up and sender reputation health
Client outcomes
- Convert positive replies into booked meetings for clients
- Provide ongoing client support to hit cold
- Produce monthly performance reports for each client
You should have
- 2+ years running cold outbound campaigns at an agency (not in-house marketing — agency pace and context-switching experience matters)
- Hands-on Apollo, Claude Code and Clay or Floqer experience: you have built lists yourself, not just worked from someone else's exports
- Smartlead experience (Instantly is fine if you can demonstrate crossover fluency)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Self-starter mentality: you figure things out, you do not wait to be told what to do next
- Comfortable working independently across time zones — you will be the operations lead, not part of a large team
Ideally, you are comfortable using Claude Code or similar to build custom workflows for outbound campaigns on
Compensation
$800–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience and tool proficiency.
Performance review at 90 days. Raises are tied to campaign performance and ability.
