We are a Private Mortgage Company specializing in providing tailored financial solutions to borrowers. We are seeking an experienced Go High Level System Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Go High Level CRM platform, ensuring seamless automation, workflow management, and system integrations to enhance our operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize advanced workflows within the Go High Level platform to automate various marketing, sales, and operational processes.
Manage system settings, ensuring proper configuration of all integrations, automations, and communications.
Oversee A2P (Application-to-Person) registration and ensure compliance with relevant messaging regulations.
Regularly monitor system performance and resolve issues related to CRM functionalities, workflows, and user access.
Provide ongoing training and support to tea
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Stay up to date with Go High Level updates and new features, ensuring the company’s use of the platform is optimized for efficiency and growth.
Collaborate with various teams, including marketing and sales, to enhance customer journey automation and communication strategies.
Requirements:
Go High Level Certification is a must (Please include certification details in your application).
Proven experience managing and configuring Go High Level, including advanced workflows, system settings, and automations.
Expertise in A2P registration and other relevant messaging compliance protocols.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
