Go High Level Funnel Builder & CRM Automation Expert – Work From Home, Long-Term

Are you a Go High Level wizard who loves building funnels, mapping customer journeys, and automating back-end systems that convert? We’re looking for a rockstar Funnel Builder and CRM Expert to join our team and help us scale our coaching and wellness programs to the next level.

This is a long-term position with room to grow. If you’re detail-oriented, fluent in English, and know Go High Level inside out — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Build, optimize, and maintain sales funnels inside Go High Level
• Set up CRM pipelines, triggers, automations, workflows, and SMS/email campaigns
• Collaborate on client onboarding sequences and journey mapping
• Connect payment systems, forms, calendars, tags, and lead nurturing workflows
• Troubleshoot funnel, integration, or automation issues
• Set up A/B tests and monitor performance
• Help design client journey flows to maximize retention and conversion
• Communicate with the team clearly in English during stand-ups or via Slack

Must-Have Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Go High Level (CRM, workflows, triggers, forms, calendars, etc.)
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
• Ability to design and edit basic funnel pages
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong time management
• Proactive problem solver

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar)
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or automation stacks
• Experience with copywriting or email marketing sequences
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
• Experience working with coaching or wellness businesses

Work Schedule:
• Full-time (20-40 hours/week)
• Flexible hours but must be available for check-ins during PH day/evening time
• Long-term with opportunities for bonuses and growth

Salary:
• Starting rate based on experience (PHP 20,000–40,000/month)
• Potential for raises and performance bonuses
