Go High Level Expert Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel Expert Manager to join our team as a full-time Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and a proven track record of building high-converting sales funnels, creating complex automations, and managing whitelabel sub-accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can work independently and deliver results that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Funnel Creation & Optimization:

Design, build, and optimize high-converting sales funnels using GoHighLevel.

Create landing pages, email sequences, and SMS campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

Continuously test and improve funnel performance based on data-driven insights.

Automation Development:

Build and manage advanced automations within GoHighLevel to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Set up triggers, actions, and conditions to automate lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and client onboarding processes.

Troubleshoot and refine automations to ensure seamless functionality.

Whitelabel Sub-Account Management:

Set up and manage whitelabel sub-accounts for clients, ensuring brand consistency and functionality.

Customize sub-accounts with client-specific branding, templates, and workflows.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for whitelabel accounts.

Client Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective GHL strategies.

Provide training and support to clients on how to use GoHighLevel effectively.

Communicate progress, updates, and results to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving:

Stay up-to-date with the latest GoHighLevel features, updates, and best practices.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to funnels, automations, and integrations.

Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools and platforms as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including funnel building, automation creation, and whitelabel management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in GoHighLevel’s features, including snapshots, templates, workflows, and whitelabeling.

Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation, email marketing, and CRM management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with other marketing tools (e.g., Zapier, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign).

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing landing pages and templates.

Experience in coaching or training clients on GoHighLevel.
