? SCHEDULE & BREAKS

Shift 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (Mon–Fri)
Philippine Time 9:30 AM/10:30 PM – 6:30 PM/7:30 AM PHT
Lunch 1 hour unpaid
Short Breaks Two (2) × 15-minute paid breaks daily
Total Paid Time 8.5 hours/day

????? EQUIPMENT — NON-NEGOTIABLE

You must have ALL of the following before applying:

? Noise-cancelling headset — mandatory. No laptop mic, no earbuds, no exceptions
? Strong, stable internet — minimum 25 Mbps, tested and consistent. Include a speed test screenshot in your application
? Completely silent working environment — zero audible background noise during all working hours. This means no roosters, no dogs, no street noise, no family conversations. Rural areas are welcome — only if your internet and noise environment meet these exact standards
? Reliable power backup — load shedding or outages are not accepted as reasons for missed shifts

You are the engine behind every client ABD brings on. The ---------- nt a new client joins, you own their setup from start to finish. This is a structured, high-accountability operations role inside GoHighLevel. You follow a repeatable workflow every day — and you do it right the first time, every time. No shortcuts. No approximations. No waiting to be told twice.

? WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY

Directory & Listing Setup

Use our internal AI prompt tool to generate premium business directory descriptions
Proofread all AI output for factual accuracy — never publish without verifying
Source real business photos from Yelp, Facebook, Google Maps, and other platforms first — AI image generation is a last resort, not a starting point
Build and publish complete, polished premium directory pages
GHL Subaccount Setup

Create new client subaccounts in GoHighLevel
Add clients as subaccount users with correct permissions
Import three snapshots: Reputation Management, Agency, and an industry-specific snapshot per client
Google Business & Social Content

Connect client Google Business Profiles
Use our AI system to generate hyper-localized 90-post social content schedules in CSV format
Build and schedule 3–6 month post streams across relevant platforms
Reviews AI & Listings AI

Activate and fully customize Reviews AI per client — every business name, reference, and detail updated. Copy-pasting without editing is grounds for immediate termination
Set up Listings with complete, verified business data:
Accurate (Name, Address, Phone)
Up to 50 high-intent keywords (AI-researched)
Up to 50 relevant business services
Up to 50 relevant business categories
Properly written alt text for all submitted images
? THIS IS YOU IF:

You have real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience — not videos, not courses. Actual builds
You find any referenced tab, button, or field on your screen in under 5 seconds — if someone says "open Reputation Management," you are already there
You do not click away to new tabs while being trained — you stay on exactly what is being discussed until told otherwise
You ask questions before starting a task — not 30 minutes in after going the wrong direction
You read every instruction fully and completely before touching anything
You do it right the first time — always
You show up every scheduled shift, on time, headset on, no excuses
You are honest about what you know — we will find out within the first hour if you misrepresented your skills

???? PAY, KPIs & BONUS STRUCTURE

Starting Rate: $3.50–$4.50/hr based on demonstrated skill

KPI Bonus Trigger
Onboarding accuracy Zero revision requests = weekly accuracy bonus
Speed Clients completed faster than daily benchmark = speed bonus
Listings completion 100% field completion with zero errors = quality bonus
Clean NAP data Zero inaccuracies across all submissions = reliability bonus
Perfect attendance Full week, on time, every day = attendance bonus
Action Bonuses Are Applied To Weekly Payable Hours At 1.5% per qualifying action. Unlimited actions are permitted based on the completed performance metric listed above.
Pay Increases:

First review at 45 days
Reviews every 60 days after that
Top performers get raises fast — we do not make people wait a year
Clear growth path into a Senior Operations role as ABD scales
