Global AI Tech Startup - Strategic Data Engineer & Analyst

Hello! We are an AI tech and VC-backed startup based in Singapore with a global BFSI client base. We are looking for a part-time data engineer and analyst to join us ASAP and build our analytics systems from the ground up. This can turn into a full-time role, depending on fit.

Project Details:
- Create systems and processes for integrating BI into all business decisions
- Work with commercial and product stakeholders to ingest and visualize team-based metrics while vetting data accuracy
- Build a data dictionary
- Build user-driven dashboards through a data visualization tool
- Maintain dashboards and take on ad hoc tasks for analytics

Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of experience in BI/analytics with significant experience in managing the end-to-end data pipeline for Enterprise SaaS startups
- Must have the ability to be an IC and strategic thinker
- Must have experience in product analytics for tech startups. A mix of a product and analytics background is ideal.
- Must be a strong and proactive communicator with great project management skills
- Bonus: Experience with PostHog and Looker Studio
