We are looking for a reliable German-speaking Virtual Assistant to help manage a growing portfolio of vacation rentals in Germany.

Responsibilities:

Guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms
Managing reservations and calendars
Coordinating cleaners and maintenance providers
Responding to reviews and guest inquiries
General administrative and operational support

Requirements:

Fluent German (written and spoken)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection
Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Smoobu or similar tools is a plus
