We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand expanding into the German market. Our focus is on high-quality consumer products, strong customer experience, and clean, conversion-focused websites.

As we launch in Germany, we are building a dedicated support team to ensure our German customers receive clear communication, fast responses, and a smooth buying experience.

Role Overview
We are hiring a German-speaking Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our Germany expansion. This role combines customer service, website and ad copy checks, and general VA tasks.

You will play an important role in making sure everything that goes live in German is accurate, natural, and customer-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

German Customer Support
• Answer customer emails and messages in German using SOPs and templates
• Handle common inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and refunds
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and brand-consistent tone
• Escalate complex issues when required

Pre-Launch Website and Ad Review
• Review German landing pages before launch for grammar and clarity
• Check product pages, checkout pages, and promotional content
• Review ad copy for accuracy and natural-sounding German
• Flag errors, mistranslations, or unclear messaging

General Virtual Assistant Tasks
• Update spreadsheets and basic reports
• Coordinate tasks with internal team via Slack or email
• Follow checklists and SOPs for daily workflows
• Assist with light research and content verification

Requirements
• Fluent or near-native German (written and reading required)
• Philippines based with reliable internet connection
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or VA work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, email platforms, and task tools
• Experience with DTC brands, Shopify, or online stores is a plus

Working Hours
• Full time position
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Partial overlap with European business hours preferred
