German Speaking Support

We are searching for a full-time German-speaking Assistant to support our digital agency in handling client inquiries and providing customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients via email, chat, and other communication channels.

Your main tasks will include:

Responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Providing support and solutions to customer requests
Coordinating with our internal team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
