General Virtual Assistant for eBay Dropshipping & Amazon Replens Business

**General Virtual Assistant – eBay Dropshipping

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant with proven experience in eBay Dropshipping to help manage and scale our eBay store. This is a long-term role for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to growing with the business but we will kick off with a 7 business days trial period wherein we will pay $1.5 per hr. with a minimum of 4-6hrs per day, for a full week of evaluation. After the trial period, the pay will be revised upwards based on the candidates skills, experience & performance during the trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

Product research and listing on eBay

Sniping & pruning eBay listings using tools like Ecomsniper

Monitoring pricing, competition, and listing performance

Order processing, inventory management, and tracking

Customer messages, returns, and dispute handling

Maintaining Excel/Google Sheets and daily reports

Backend and frontend eBay store management

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience with eBay Dropshipping

Knowledge of sniping and pruning strategies

Familiarity with eBay-to-Amazon replens research

Experience using tools such as:

Keepa

SellerAmp

Replens Catcher

AMZ Scout

Excel

Ability to research products from eBay and other suppliers for resale on Amazon
