We currently employ 12 full-time Filipino assistants who run and manage every aspect of our business. Most of whom have been with us for between one and five years. We’re looking for long-term, reliable staff who want interesting and challenging careers.

THE GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential, and you need to be accomplished in writing in the English language

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, process-driven, organised, and able to maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced operational environment.
This role is highly process-driven. Successful applicants must be comfortable following structured workflows, SOPs, and internal systems while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
You’ll need to be available for full-time work (40 hours per week)

THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

You will be involved in assisting with general administration and ad-hoc tasks. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.

You need to work UK office hours.
Role Overview: General Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Department: Depending on Skills Assessment
Reports to: Operations Manager and/or CEO

As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our business. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, communication, and project management responsibilities, helping the team stay organized and focused on key goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update internal tracking systems, records, and operational databases.
• Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of the company as needed.
• Monitor enquiries, workflow progression, and task completion across internal systems.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct online research and compile data for decision-making.
• Provide customer support and address client inquiries.
• Monitor and update task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content scheduling. (only applicable for certain roles)
• Perform bookkeeping and expense tracking (basic accounting knowledge preferred).
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers on project-related tasks.
• Review submitted information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow structured workflows, internal SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Escalate operational concerns, delays, or issues appropriately when identified.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation.
• Support the confidential and GDPR-conscious handling of sensitive information.
• Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role (minimum 1 year experience).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
• Ability to follow structured systems and processes consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively and maintain performance with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility with working hours to support a global team.

OUR COMPANY PAY AND BENEFITS
• Starting pay rate: Starting from PHP250 hourly rate (based on skills and experience)
• Weekly payment via Transferwise
