General Store Tasks Virtual Assistant (25 Hours/Week)

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team for 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

* Creating size charts for products
* Updating product prices
* Uploading new products
* Performing product quality checks
* Updating out-of-stock products in Shopify
* Creating Instagram posts
* Organizing creative folders for demand generation campaigns

Training & Onboarding

Don't be intimidated by the number of responsibilities listed above. All tasks are clearly documented and explained through step-by-step video tutorials that have been recorded in advance. You will receive detailed instructions for each task, making it easy to learn and follow our processes. While you study the video's you will get paid

Requirements

* Previous experience working with Shopify (required)
* Good written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience with e-commerce operations is preferred
* Basic understanding of social media content creation

Compensation

* $2 USD per hour
* 30 hours per week
