JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a General Marketing Admin to work as a virtual assistant for our firm. This role typically involves providing support to the marketing team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and organizing marketing campaigns, strategies, and projects.
• Create, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email content, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage email subscriber lists and segmentations to ensure targeted and effective communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software.
