Game Preview Video Creator (Browser Games) — Full-Time, Long-Term

Plix.gg is a browser games portal with thousands of games, similar to Poki and CrazyGames. We're looking for an experienced video editor to create short gameplay preview clips for our game library at scale.

What you'll do:

Play browser games on Plix.gg and capture the most exciting gameplay ---------- nts (play for a few minutes first so clips aren't only from the very beginning of the game)
Edit short 8-10 second preview videos made of 3-6 clips each
Editing style is simple: no transitions, no effects — just clean hard cuts between clips. If the game is slow, speed the footage up so the preview feels fast. If the game is already fast-paced, normal speed is fine.
Export videos as 1080x1080 (1:1 square) MP4, 60fps, no audio, high quality. Record gameplay normally, then crop/punch in to square on the action — make sure the important gameplay stays centered in frame. Don't worry about file size — we handle compression and optimization on our side.

What we require:

Proven experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Proficient with OBS Studio or similar screen recording software — you must already know how to set up recording profiles, adjust encoder settings, and record smooth 1080p60 gameplay on your own
Reliable internet connection and a computer that can run browser games smoothly while recording at 60fps
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Able to work independently in a high-volume, repeatable workflow
Full-time availability for long-term work

This role is NOT for beginners. We need someone who already knows their tools and can produce clean, sharp 1080p60 footage cropped to square from day one.
What makes a good preview:
Actual gameplay showing the core mechanic, clear action or satisfying ---------- nts, fast pacing, and visual variety across 3-6 clips.
What makes a bad preview:
Menus, loading screens, tutorial text, static or boring gameplay, choppy/laggy recording, or ---------- nts where nothing interesting is happening (unless the game itself is not exciting).
Pay:

PHP11,500 per week for 100 approved videos (average 20/day across 5 days — you choose which days)
Bonus: PHP30 for every approved video above 100 per week
Payment: Weekly for the first month, then biweekly or monthly via Wise or Payoneer, your choice

How approval works:
A video may be sent back for revision if it shows menus, loading screens, or tutorial overlays, does not show meaningful gameplay, feels too slow or repetitive, is choppy or below 60fps, or does not match naming or style guidelines.
We provide:
File naming rules, upload instructions, and ongoing feedback to help you improve speed and consistency.
Long-term opportunity:
We have thousands of games and continue adding more. If you are reliable and produce strong work consistently, this is a stable long-term role with potential for pay increases. We care about output, not rigid schedules. Need to skip Wednesday? Make it up Thursday or swap for a weekend day — your call. As long as you communicate in advance and weekly output stays consistent, we're happy. Base pay is guaranteed; the bonus rewards you when you're in the zone.
