We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help build and scale the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows behind our go-to-market engine.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, data, and AI. You’ll be responsible for building the infrastructure that helps us generate demand, improve conversion, move faster, and make better decisions. From automating workflows and connecting tools to building with AI and surfacing insights, you’ll play a key role in driving growth.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain the technical infrastructure behind our go-to-market function.
Use AI tools and workflows to improve how we generate leads, qualify opportunities, personalise outreach.
Build automations across sales, marketing, and operations to reduce manual work and increase speed
Own CRM systems, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
Improve lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, and reporting
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify bottlenecks and build scalable solutions
Connect tools across the GTM stack, including CRM, outbound tools, analytics, enrichment platforms, and AI products
Create dashboards and reporting that give clear visibility into pipeline and GTM performance
Support testing and experimentation across outbound, inbound, onboarding, and revenue operations
Help us rethink traditional GTM processes by finding smarter ways to build with AI
What we’re looking for
Experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or similar role
Strong understanding of go-to-market systems, data flows, and automation
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Segment, or similar platforms
Strong interest in building with AI and using it practically to improve business performance
Comfortable working with integrations, APIs, data, and automation tools
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to move quickly and independently
Able to work across technical and non-technical teams
Commercially minded and focused on building systems that drive revenue
Experience building AI agents, internal tools, or AI-assisted workflows
SQL, JavaScript, or Python experience
Experience in high-growth startups or fast-moving environments
Familiarity with enrichment, lead scoring, attribution, and outbound systems
Strong understanding of how AI can improve GTM execution without adding unnecessary complexity
