JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies, implementing campaign builds, and continuously optimizing performance to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and ROI for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
Write compelling ad copy that aligns with business goals and brand voice.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative, SEO, and web development teams to ensure landing page and campaign alignment.
Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Manage monthly ad spend within budget while maximizing return on investment.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2 years).
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms.
Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization.
Knowledge of SEO principles for integrated strategies.
