We are looking for an experienced automation and integration specialist to help us set up ProSIWO for our real estate brokerage and connect it with the tools we use daily.
We need someone who understands real estate operations, CRM workflows, lead management, automation, WhatsApp communication, appointment scheduling, and team task management.
What We Need Help With
We need Go High Level or ProSIWO set up properly for a real estate company, including:
Lead capture and lead routing automation
Buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, and investor and Agent pipelines
Follow-up automation
Task reminders for agents and staff
WhatsApp automation and integration, preferably using UltraMsg or similar tools
Zoom integration for meetings, consultations, and coaching
Google Calendar integration
Gmail/email integration
Form or landing page connection
Agent onboarding workflow
Transaction management workflow
Property management workflow
Construction/project workflow, if possible
Reporting dashboard for leads, agents, deals, and follow-ups
Automation between ProSIWO and other apps we already use

We do not want someone who only connects apps blindly. We need someone who can think through the business process and help us build a system that actually works for a busy real estate team.
Deliverables
By the end of the project, we want:
ProSIWO properly organized and configured
Lead pipelines and stages created
Automations built and tested
WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Calendar, and
Staff and agent task workflows created
A simple written SOP or video walkthrough explaining how everything works
Recommendations for future improvements
