Mr Neate Cleaning · Melbourne, Australia (remote role) · Project-based with strong long-term potential

This is a project-based role that transitions into ongoing support. You must have hands-on GoHighLevel experience — not just theoretical knowledge. If you have not actually built pipelines, workflows, and custom fields inside GHL, please do not apply.

About the business
Mr Neate Cleaning is a professional carpet cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia. We use GoHighLevel as our CRM and central operations hub. Our tech stack includes GHL, Jobber, QuickBooks Online, and a WordPress website with an embedded GHL booking form.

We have an existing GHL sub-account that needs to be correctly rebuilt from the ground up — and a Philippines-based office admin (Kim) who needs to be properly trained on GHL before we go live on the new setup.

What you will be doing
This is a structured 6-phase project. A full brief will be provided. At a high level:

Phase 1 — Rebuild custom fields, pipeline, booking form, and contact tags in GHL (you work alone, no disruption to live system)
Phase 2 — Train Kim on GHL fundamentals across 6 structured modules. Identify and correct bad habits. Kim signs off each module before you proceed.
Phase 3 — Migrate contacts and opportunities to the new pipeline, update workflows, tidy old data, apply DND list, restrict Kim's access role
Phase 4 — Build 8 automations/workflows (enquiry handling, booking confirmation, reminders, review requests, anniversary follow-ups, invoice follow-ups)
Phase 5 — Write 10 SOPs with screenshots and Loom walkthroughs, written for Kim specifically
Phase 6 — Assist with Jobber ? GHL integration via GHL App Marketplace (no Zapier)

Requirements — must have all of these
GoHighLevel certification (please state which certification in your application)
Proven hands-on GHL experience: pipelines, custom fields, workflows, forms, contact management, invoicing
Experience training non-technical users on GHL — not just building, but explaining
Ability to write clear, simple SOPs with screenshots (Loom video experience a strong plus)
Strong written English — Kim will be learning from your documentation
Reliable internet, quiet working environment, availability for regular check-in calls with the business owner (AEST timezone)

Nice to have
Experience with Jobber or other field service management software
Familiarity with Australian GST (tax-inclusive pricing)
Experience with service-based businesses (trades, home services, cleaning)
Previous experience working directly with a business owner, not through an agency
