GHL SaaS Support Specialist - GoHighLevel EXPERT

We run a white-label GoHighLevel SaaS platform called ---------- with a growing client base. You'll be the person who keeps it running smoothly - onboarding new clients tech stuff e.g. stripe setup, deploy snapshots or funnels, managing sub-accounts, and solving problems fast.

This is not a training role.
We need someone who already knows GHL inside out.
An EXPERT!

What you'll do"
-Set up and configure new client sub-accounts
-Troubleshoot automations, workflows, and pipeline issues
-Handle client support tickets via email and chat
-Manage domains, integrations, and custom field setup
-Snapshot management and deployment for new accounts
-Monitor account health and flag issues proactively
-Document processes and create SOPs

What you need:
-Minimum 1 year hands-on GHL experience (agency or SaaS level)
-Solid understanding of GHL's SaaS configurator and white-label setup
-Experience managing multiple sub-accounts for clients
-Strong understanding of automations, triggers, workflows, and custom fields
-Working knowledge of Stripe, DNS, and domain setup within GHL
-Fast, clear English communication
-Self-managed, detail-oriented, doesn't need hand-holding

Bonus points:
-Experience with webinar or funnel automation inside GHL
-Familiar with Zapier, Manychat, or API integrations
-Has supported a white-label SaaS platform before (not just client accounts)
-Is familiar with Claude Code automations
