GHL Pipeline & Workflow Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel automation specialist who can build clean, efficient, and scalable pipelines, workflows, and calendars based on our system architecture.

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing work depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and configure pipelines based on our project board and framework.
- Set up efficient workflows that follow the provided project guide and logic.
- Configure calendars (availability, reminders, routing, appointment settings).
- Map and set up custom contact fields & opportunity fields as needed.
- Set up email templates used within workflows.
- Implement workflow logic including conditions, triggers, waits, goals, and automation rules.
- Set up webhooks & integrations when required.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for reliability and performance.
- Ensure all automations are documented and easy to maintain.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel pipelines, workflows, calendars, triggers, and CRM setup.
- Knowledge of custom fields, opportunity stages, and automation logic.
- Experience integrating third-party tools using webhooks, API, or Zapier/Make (preferred).
- Ability to read and implement workflow diagrams or project boards.
- Good understanding of automation testing and debugging.
