GHL Systems Integrator – Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time) | Remote

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping online tutors scale to $10k–$Upgrade to see actual info per month using Facebook ads, short-form content, and GHL automation. We build smart systems that make client acquisition seamless.

We need a GHL Systems Integrator to automate onboarding, optimize workflows, and improve backend operations. This is a part-time role with potential to grow into full-time as we scale.

What you’ll do:
- Set up and improve GHL snapshots, workflows, and automations
- Streamline client onboarding and optimize the GHL Dialer
- Audit and enhance workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Manage and optimize Upgrade to see actual info for team communication
- Monitor system performance and make continuous improvements

Who you are:
- GHL expert with experience in snapshots, workflows, and automation
- Skilled in optimizing the GHL Dialer for smooth communication
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and independent, able to work without constant supervision
- Available in the Europe/London time zone (UTC +01:00)

Compensation:
