GoHighLevel Expert Needed for Funnel, Calendar, Sales Page & Chatbot Automation Setup

I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help me build and optimize several key systems inside my business.
This role is for someone who understands both the technical side of GoHighLevel and the strategy behind lead generation, sales funnels, automation, and client conversion.

I’m looking for support with:
Lead generation funnels
Creating and/or optimizing funnels that capture leads, nurture them, and move them toward booking a call or purchasing.
High-ticket sales page
Building a clean, high-converting sales page for a premium coaching/program offer. This needs to feel polished, strategic, and aligned with a high-end brand, not clunky or overly templated.
Calendar setup
Reviewing and setting up my calendars inside GoHighLevel, including availability, booking links, appointment types, confirmation emails/texts, reminders, and any needed automations.
Chatbot automations
Setting up chatbot/conversation automations to help with lead response, qualification, nurturing, and booking. Ideally, this would include smart follow-up flows so leads don’t fall through the cracks.
Automation workflows
Creating workflows that connect the pieces together, including opt-ins, email/SMS follow-up, booking reminders, missed-call or no-show follow-up, tagging, segmentation, and pipeline movement.

You are someone who:
Has strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
Understands funnels, automation, lead nurture, and high-ticket sales strategy
Can build systems that are clean, organized, and easy to manage
Has experience setting up calendars, workflows, pipelines, tags, triggers, forms, surveys, and chatbot automations
Can think strategically, not just click buttons
Communicates clearly and can explain what has been built
Has an eye for clean design and user experience
Can make recommendations if something could work better


Bonus points if you have experience with:
Coaching, consulting, wellness, spiritual, or personal development brands
High-ticket offers
Low Ticket Offer funnels
AI chatbot or conversation AI setup inside GoHighLevel
Sales page copy/layout optimization
Meta ads lead funnels

Deliverables may include:
Lead generation funnel setup
