We're a fast-growing patient-acquisition agency that builds done-for-you marketing systems for medical wellness clients (medspas, telehealth, hormone clinics, and more). We run Meta ad campaigns, funnels, AI appointment-setting bots, and automated follow-up — all powered by GoHighLevel. We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed builder to own the technical backbone of our client delivery.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, automations, and pipelines for multiple client sub-accounts
Configure and manage custom values, custom fields, and triggers to personalize client campaigns at scale
Set up and personalize AI conversational bots (appointment setters / lead qualifiers) — writing, testing, and refining prompts so each bot matches the client's voice and offer
Connect and troubleshoot integrations between GHL, calendars, SMS/email, and AI voice/chat tools
Build and QA automated follow-up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail)
Document your builds clearly so the team can maintain them

You're a Great Fit If You Have

2+ years hands-on experience building inside GoHighLevel (this is non-negotiable — please reference specific builds you've done)
Deep understanding of custom values, custom fields, workflow triggers, and conditional logic
Experience setting up or personalizing AI chat/voice bots (Retell AI, ElevenLabs, GHL Conversation AI, or similar)
Strong English writing skills — you'll be crafting bot conversation scripts
A problem-solver who tests their own work and catches errors before the client does
Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple client accounts without dropping details

Bonus Points

Experience in the medical/health/wellness niche
Familiarity with Meta ads or funnel building
Basic HTML/landing page experience
