Funnel & Systems Operator (Kajabi, Email, AI) – Long-Term Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Funnel & AI Systems Operator to work directly with the founder of a growing personal development brand.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

You must have real experience building and managing funnels — and be confident working across Kajabi, ScoreApp, WebinarJam, and email systems.

What you will be doing:
Building and managing funnels (Kajabi, ScoreApp, WebinarJam)
Managing email sequences and segmentation
Fixing issues quickly (broken links, errors, etc.)
Implementing tracking (UTMs, conversions)
Supporting launches and live events
Continuously optimizing funnels (not just building them once)

AI & Optimization (Important):
You must be comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity to:
Analyze funnels and identify weak points
Suggest and implement improvements
Improve email copy and conversion rates
Work quickly and efficiently
We are NOT looking for basic ChatGPT usage — you should already be using AI as part of your workflow.

Hours & Growth:
Starting at approximately 10 hours per week
