Funnel Specialist (GoHighLevel & Systeme.io)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and ---------- . We are currently transitioning away from ---------- , so part of the role will involve helping migrate existing funnels, automations, pages, and workflows into GoHighLevel.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling funnel setup, CRM management, automations, and backend marketing systems.

Responsibilities
-Manage and update GoHighLevel accounts, funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines
-Assist with migrating assets and workflows from ---------- to GoHighLevel
-Build and edit landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and automations
-Maintain and organize contacts, tags, triggers, and campaign sequences
-Troubleshoot automation or integration issues
-Support ongoing backend marketing and operational tasks
-Coordinate with the team to ensure systems are updated and functioning properly
-Perform general virtual assistant and admin support tasks as needed

Requirements
-Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required)
-Experience with ---------- (required)
-Experience with funnel migration and automation setup
-Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and workflow automations
-Good written and verbal English communication skills
