We’re looking for a Fundraising & Donor Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on securing funding through effective grant writing and donor outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong persuasive writing skills, a strategic mindset, and experience managing donor relationships using CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic donor outreach plan to secure funding.
Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities.
Write and submit compelling grant proposals that align with organizational goals.
Create and manage donor outreach campaigns, including personalized emails and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
Track and analyze donor engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
Manage donor and funding data using CRM platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in grant writing and donor outreach.
Strong persuasive writing skills and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Experience developing and executing donor engagement strategies.
Proficiency with CRM platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze engagement data and optimize outreach efforts.
