JOB OVERVIEW

We are expanding our team and seeking a Funding & Growth Assistant to help clients move beyond credit repair into credit building, funding readiness, and long-term financial success.

This role focuses on client success, follow-up, credit strategy support, and helping clients progress through each stage of their financial journey from credit improvement to funding opportunities.

Role Overview

The Funding & Growth Assistant will work directly with clients after credit repair to ensure they remain engaged, informed, and actively progressing toward their financial goals.

This role helps guide clients through:
Credit Repair ? Credit Building ? Funding Readiness ? Financial Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

* Track and manage client progress throughout each stage of the program
* Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure clients stay active and engaged
* Review client credit progress and identify next-step opportunities
* Assist in developing personalized credit building and funding readiness strategies
* Provide guidance on improving credit profiles for score growth and approval readiness
* Support clients in understanding personal and business funding pathways
* Be knowledgeable in **credit building strategies including primary tradelines and authorized user tradelines**
* Assist in applying credit profile enhancement strategies to help clients strengthen their reports
* Transition clients into the appropriate next service (credit building or funding preparation)
* Maintain accurate client records and updates in CRM systems
* Identify satisfied clients and introduce referral and testimonial opportunities
* Help improve client retention and reduce drop-off between program stages

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience in credit repair, credit building, lending, or financial services
* Understands U.S. credit reporting systems and scoring factors
* Has knowledge of primary trade lines and authorized user trade lines and how they are used in credit building strategies
* Can confidently communicate credit concepts in a simple, client-friendly way
* Is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
* Has strong follow-up and client success skills
* Has experience in funding, lending, or business credit (preferred but not required)
