We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack WordPress Developer (PHP, JavaScript & Elementor Customisation) experience—beyond just drag-and-drop functionality.

Required Technical Skills, Strong Proficiency in:
*HTML
*CSS
*JavaScript
*jQuery
*PHP
*AJAX
*WordPress Hooks & Filters
*Querying Custom Post Types

Elementor Experience:
*Customising Elementor beyond built-in features
*Writing custom code to extend Elementor functionality

MUST HAVE Experience:
WordPress: 5 years (Required)
Elementor: 5 years (Required)
AJAX: 3 years (Required)

Interview Process:
*Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to a technical interview, where we will assess:

1 Introduction – Overview from Caravea
2 Live Code Snippet Assessment – We will present additional code snippets for explanation. If you cannot effectively communicate what’s in the code, the interview will be concluded.
3 Situational Questions – Handling real-world development challenges
4 Soft Skill Questions – Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
5 Your Questions – Any queries you have for Caravea
