$20 paid trial clip from a 5-minute source. 48-hour turnaround. Top performers move forward to the full-time slot.

Convert long-form YouTube videos (max 30 min each) into vertical shorts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X. Typical batch is 10 sources producing 20–30 shorts. 1-week max turnaround per batch. Volume varies month to month.

We are not hiring a cropper. You need to rearrange animated graphics from source files, reposition speakers and raw footage, spot quotable ---------- nts in talking-head content, and make each clip look like it was shot for vertical
