Job Title: Full-time Procurement Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 7 am to 3 pm Central Standard Time (9 pm to 5 am Philippine Time)
Salary: $750 + shift differential + benefits
Hours Per Week: 40

Job Summary: We are looking for a procurement specialist who can help us with quoting new projects - then follow through with POs and tracking once the procurement begins.


Key Responsibilities:
- research to find the vendor options (sometimes we go through distributors, sometimes direct to manufacturer, sometimes both to see where we get the best price)
- organization to make sure we get 100% of items quoted and ordered
- follow-up to hunt down quotes when we're on a deadline
- communication to work with our internal team and external vendors to make sure we are all on the same page
- reporting to summarize where we are at throughout the quoting / procurement process

If you have experience in Attainia or SharePoint - bonus points as we use both of those as tools to help us in tracking. If not, no problem - we can train you.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare facility procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Attainia database is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and oral English communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
