Full time Customer Service Worker For META Agency

Hi,

We are an agency specializing in META services and more this is more for the people who like to work with troubleshooting!

We are looking for a full-time worker with a good laptop, a reliable, strong Wi-Fi connection, a high-quality microphone, and a good camera. You should also have a second phone number for WhatsApp Business. Experience with Slack is required respond within 10 minutes to any questions from the manager or CEO. Don’t worry, you'll receive all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and learn everything within 5 days. You will also have a head manager to assist you.

We’re hiring 2 people, so you have a great chance, but we’ll be very selective. We prefer people aged 22-28 to keep our team dynamic and because we want long-term collaboration with our employees. However, if you are older, please let us know! You still have a chance, but you should have experience with META troubleshooting.

Role Description:
- Responding to Customers inquiries and resolve issues, ideally in Sales.
- Handling Orders and Tracking
- Communicate with suppliers teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Able to follow workflows and updating internal sheets
- Must be willing to contribute to team

What we are looking for:
- Has experience of Customer service or similar role
- Self-confident handling high volume of customers messages daily.
- Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
- Familiarity with META (preferably)
- Able to adapt easily and multitask well.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism

We have 3 shifts you can choose which one match the perfect with you all based on Amsterdam Time:
SHIFT 1 (10:00AM - 20:00PM) - Monday to Sunday > Having off on Saturday.
SHIFT 2 (16:00PM - 02:00AM) - Monday to Saturday > Having off on Sunday.
SHIFT 3 (02:00AM - 12:00PM) - Monday to Saturday > Having off on Sunday.

Keep in mind, we are not flexible with the hours if one shift is already captured by another hire, we can't hire you. Just choose really the best perfect Shift, since this is a long-term job where you work daily 9-10 hours a day with one day off. Also while you do the application on this job post send me your preferred shift time, so I can check if you are able to work.
