Full-Time YouTube Scriptwriter & Researcher

We're looking for a sharp researcher and editor who can run our AI-assisted scriptwriting pipeline from topic to finished voiceover.

The role:
Take an assigned topic and run deep research using AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT
Fact-check the data and build a clean research brief
Use our tools to generate the script, then review and polish it, with extra care on the hook and intro
Generate the AI voiceover from the polished script
Upload everything cleanly into Trello

Output: up to 10 scripts per day

We provide all the subscriptions, tools, and SOPs. You'll be trained on our exact workflow.

You're a fit if you are:
Genuinely fluent in English (non-negotiable)
Skilled with prompting and confident using AI tools
Able to write strong research briefs and spot weak or unreliable sources
Detail-oriented, fast, organized, and reliable
Hardworking and responsive throughout the workday

You have another job, gig, or commitment that splits your focus
You have no prior AI or VA experience
You're slow to reply or struggle with feedback
Your English isn't fluent

Pay: $300/month base + performance bonuses . This is a long-term role with a clear path to Lead Scriptwriter, overseeing scripts across our channels and working directly with the core team. The better you perform, the higher you go.
