Full-Time Web Developer (DUDA) + SEO Specialist + AI Optimization Strategist

Glass Mama Marketing is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that works exclusively with residential and commercial glass companies across the United States. We build clean, fast, conversion-focused websites that generate leads and improve local visibility through SEO and technical optimization.

This is a full-time role for a highly skilled developer who understands both website build quality and search performance. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term position with consistent work and high expectations.


ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining client websites inside DUDA. You will focus on technical site structure, SEO implementation, page performance, and AI-driven optimization. A content developer will assist with copywriting, so this is not a writing-heavy role.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and develop websites using Duda
• Structure pages for SEO and conversions
• Implement metadata, internal linking, header structure, and schema
• Improve site speed and performance
• Ensure strong UX across desktop and mobile
• Set up SEO foundations for content publishing
• Collaborate with the content creator for blog formatting and optimization
• Conduct quality checks prior to launch
• Use Ahrefs for ongoing site and keyword tracking


TOOLS YOU WILL USE

• Duda
• Ahrefs
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• ChatGPT and AI optimization tools
• ClickUp (project and team coordination)
• Google Drive and Google Docs
• Leadsnap (CRM reference)
• CleanShot (for SOPs and walkthroughs)


REQUIRED SKILLS

• Advanced experience building websites in Duda
• Strong technical SEO background
• Understanding of structured data / schema
• Familiarity with Ahrefs and interpreting ranking data
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals and performance scores
• Mobile-first build mindset
• Ability to analyze competitors and implement improvements
• Strong attention to detail
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

• Experience with local SEO for service businesses
• Understanding of call tracking and pixel installations
• Conversion rate optimization
• UX refinement based on behavior insights
• Agency or home-services marketing experience
