JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Full-Time Virtual Assistant / Developer (Sales & Operations Support)

Work Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5pm EST (160 hrs/month)
Compensation: $5-8/hr (depending on experience)

ABOUT US:

We are a fractional sales & operations company that partners with online businesses to manage their sales systems, operations, and backend infrastructure. Our clients rely on us to streamline their tech, build scalable systems, and manage day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a full-time VA / Developer to join our team and work directly under our Director of Operations. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and eager to grow in the world of sales & operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support our Director of Operations in delivering technical and operational systems for clients. Key responsibilities include:

Automation & Integrations
- Build and update workflows in Zapier and/or Make
- Create automation for client sales processes and reporting

Data Management
- Clean and organize client data in Google Sheets and Airtable
- Create formulas, queries, and data pipelines for accurate reporting

Dashboards & Reporting
- Build client dashboards in Looker Studio and/or Airtable
- Track sales, operations, and marketing metrics

CRM Build-Outs & Management
- Set up and customize CRMs like Close and GoHighLevel
- Manage pipelines, smart views, workflows, and status automations

Communication & Collaboration Systems
- Build and organize Slack workspaces for client teams
- Create workflows for client communication and notifications



Email
Marketing & Client Success Systems
- Set up and manage email platforms like Kit and ActiveCampaign
- Support in building client success bases and tracking systems

Admin & Support Tasks
- Onboard new sales reps into client systems
- Update daily/weekly performance counters in Google Sheets
- Provide general tech and operations support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

We’re looking for someone:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must be able to communicate clearly with our team and clients
- With a laptop/computer with 64 bit processor (Windows or Mac)
- With a fast and reliable internet connection


Highly proficient with:
- Zapier / Make (automation platforms)
- Google Sheets / Airtable (data management, formulas, integrations)
- Looker Studio (dashboards, reporting)
- Close / GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM setup & workflows)
- Calendly (scheduling tool)
- Slack setup & integrations
- Email marketing platforms (Kit, ActiveCampaign)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working full-time EST hours (9am–5pm)
