Full-Time Video Editor (Youtube talking head & UGC)

We're hiring a full-time video editor to work across two brands:

Binance Breakdowns (YouTube channel for Binance South Africa): crypto education for beginner and intermediate audiences. Clean, modern, sleek. Not the usual crypto-hype look.
Our youtube channel:

Vets2Pets — our pet wellness brand. Paid social ads and UGC content for a DTC audience.

Two different styles, one editor who can switch between them.
The work, monthly:

Binance Breakdowns
4 long-form YouTube videos (3–5 min each)
2 Shorts / Reels / TikToks (under 60s, vertical)
Occasional tutorials and motion-graphics promos

Vets2Pets
Social ads
UGC edits from raw creator footage
Vertical-first, hook-driven, built to perform

Visual structure of every Binance video:
30% animated explainer ---------- nts (lists, process steps, icon and coin animations, Binance colour scheme)
40–50% B-roll with simple on-screen text
Remainder talking-head with clean zoom punches into the host

The skill we most want:
Animated-style B-roll. Clean, character-driven motion graphics like a modern fintech explainer. We don't have this on the channel yet and it's the thing we most want to bring in.

Skills required:
Strong Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
2D / 3D motion graphics
Sourcing B-roll: news clippings, lifestyle, product visuals



How we work:
You receive a detailed shot-by-shot brief for every video: script paired with B-roll, motion graphics, layout, and text overlay instructions. Your job is the creative execution and polish.
