Full-Time Video Editor (YouTube & Long-Form Content)

We are looking for a full-time video editor with 2+ years of professional experience editing long-form YouTube content. This role is for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention—not just cutting clips together.

You will be editing long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and podcast-style content, helping shape the story, create strong hooks in the first 5–15 seconds, and keep viewers engaged throughout the video.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands how to build a narrative through editing, and can follow creative direction while also contributing ideas to improve the final product.

Responsibilities:

Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–30+ minutes)

Create strong hooks and engaging intros

Maintain pacing, flow, and story structure

Clean audio, smooth cuts, and consistent quality

Organize project files and meet deadlines

Collaborate closely with the creative lead

Requirements:

2+ years of video editing experience

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Experience editing long-form YouTube content

Strong storytelling and pacing skills

High attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven

This is a long-term, full-time position with consistent work.
