We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor/Colorist/Creative to join our team and help us bring concepts to life. If you love storytelling, have a sharp eye for pacing, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality cinematic videos, we want to hear from you!
-This role is all about skill and creativity. We care far more about your portfolio than perfect English or formal experience.
PLEASE NOTE:
-We DO NOT want anyone who leans heavily into AI, or creates AI based reels/short form content. If you can only use CapCut, do not apply. Our clients are mainly businesses looking to create professional commercials with real life footage that we shoot for them. Our Ideal Candidate is someone who has VFX, Colorist experience. Bonus points if you are already a filmmaker in the Philippines
YOUR JOB:
-Edit long-form and short-form video content (e.g., YouTube videos, business commercials, social media reels/TikToks, advertisements, or corporate videos).
-Handle the full post-production workflow, including rough cuts, fine-tuning, and color grading.
-Incorporate feedback smoothly and make revisions efficiently.
-Maintain an organized project file structure and deliver projects on schedule.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (please specify your preference and experience level).
-Solid understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and pacing.
-A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a computer capable of handling 4K editing smoothly.
-Reliable and responsive in team communication.
-English does NOT need to be perfect — just enough to communicate with our team.
EXTRA NOTES:
-This is a non-client-facing role — you will only work with our internal team.
-We care about talent, speed, and quality over degrees or years of experience.
-If your work is strong, we want to see it — even if you're self-taught.
HOW TO APPLY + REPLY WITH:
-A link to your portfolio or latest showreel (without a portfolio will not be considered).
-A short intro about yourself
-Which primary software you use (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
