Full-Time Video Editor (Football/Soccer Niche) 100% Remote

We're looking for a talented, long-term, full-time video editor (40 hours/week) to take complete creative ownership of a high-growth football TikTok and YouTube Shorts channel.

this role requires you to be completely independent. You will not just be editing; you will be responsible for sourcing the match footage yourself based on a list of weekly topics provided to you.

Our content follows a strict, highly engaging countdown/listicle format (e.g., "Top 5 World Cup Penalty Misses"). You will be replicating a specific visual template: a permanent top title headline, a center-framed video, and a dynamic tracking list at the bottom that updates as the video progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Independent Footage Sourcing: Find and download high-quality (1080p) football clips from YouTube or social media based on the weekly topics list.

• High-Volume Editing: Produce 1 to 2 completed shorts per day (approx. 10–12 videos per week) using CapCut Desktop or Premiere Pro.

• Template Execution: Replicate the vertical stack format

• Audio Enhancement: Seamlessly integrate raw stadium crowd noise and commentary to keep the energy high.

• Continuous Growth: Actively look at channel metrics with me, study what makes videos go viral, and continually suggest minor tweaks to the editing, pacing, and hooks to improve retention.

Requirements:

• Must be a passionate football/soccer fan. You need to know the players, teams, and the drama of the sport to source the best clips.

• Advanced proficiency in CapCut Desktop or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A reliable computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and power backup.

• A growth mindset-someone who treats this as a creative partnership and always wants to improve their craft.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to hit strict deadlines independently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: $500 - $700 USD / month (depending on experience and portfolio quality).

• 13th-Month Pay included at the end of the year.
