Full Time Video Editor

We are a fast-growing real estate team based in Las Vegas, Nevada, producing
daily high-quality video content for YouTube and social media. Our focus is on
bringing the local market to life through engaging property tours, new construction
home showcases, market updates, and immersive Las Vegas lifestyle content.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who has a keen eye for real estate
aesthetics and pacing. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage
(including high-res camera and drone shots) into polished, engaging long-form
and short-form videos that captivate our audience and showcase properties at
their best.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Editing: Edit comprehensive real estate home tours, seamlessly
blending A-roll and B-roll for pacing and retention.
Short-Form Repurposing: Extract and craft highly engaging short-form
content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) from long-form videos and B-roll.
Multi-Format Exporting: Create and export multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16,
1:1) from the same core project efficiently.
Visual Enhancements: Execute dynamic speed ramp effects, smooth
transitions, basic color correction, and advanced color grading to make
property features pop.
Audio Mastering: Perform audio cleanup, level balancing, and careful music
selection to match the vibe of the property and target audience.
Asset Management: Organize and manage all footage, assets, and project
files in a clear, standardized folder structure.
Process & Collaboration: Work collaboratively using our established SOPs,
follow pre-flight checklists, and respond quickly to feedback for efficient
revisions.

Requirements & Skills
Proven prior experience specifically editing real estate home tours (portfolio
required).
Proficiency in professional editing platforms (experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe
or similar NLEs is highly valued).
Strong understanding of pacing for both YouTube (long-form) and algorithmic
short-form platforms.
Technical proficiency in managing and color-grading high-quality footage (e.g.,
10-bit color, Sony profiles, drone video).
Exceptional organizational skills and strict adherence to file management
protocols.
